Harry Potter You’re Not Good Enough #Tag

The You’re Not Good Enough Tag was created by ReadLikeWildfire and Beccathebookreviewer. And Laura at Live Love Read had the idea to make a Harry Potter edition! I saw it first on Hammock of Books (which is an awesome blog, and you should definitely check it out).

Rules:

• Write 30 character’s names on pieces of paper.
• Put them in a jar/mug/cup.
• Randomly choose two pieces of paper for every question.
• In each of the 15 questions, you have to decide which of the two characters fits the question and which one is not good enough.

Here goes!

1. You only have one more spot on your Spelling Bee team. Who do you pick to complete your team?

Ron v Ginny Weasley

Not too bad… I could do worse than either of them really. I feel like Ginny was the more studious of the two though… So I’m going to go with Ginny.

2. Both characters want to kill you. Which one would you kill first so you have a better chance of surviving?

Mrs Weasley v Bellatrix Lestrange

No contest! Belatrix was completely terrifying. She goes first.

3. You’re on the bachelor/bachelorette and you’re down to these two characters. Which one are you going to give your rose to?

Cho v Professor McGonagoll

Umm… Oh. Bahahaha. Well, neither is exactly my type… But I think Cho is probably less dusty, so I think I’ll have to go with Cho.

4. You’ve been chosen for the Hunger Games. Who would most likely volunteer in your place?

Dobby v Hagrid

Tough call! I think they both would… But I’m going to say Dobby would be more insistent. So, Dobby.

5. You’re stranded on an island with an active volcano. Which character would you throw into the volcano as a sacrifice?

Dumbledore v Voldemort

Easy. No contest whatsoever. Bye bye Voldemort, you creepy bastard!

6. You’re the next DC/Marvel superhero (with your own T.V. show, of course). Who is your sidekick?

Aragog v Viktor Krum

Oooo. Tough call… But I think Aragog would make for more entertaining TV. Also, obviously I’m the next DC/Marvel superhero. Obviously.

7. You’re a manager of an avocado-admiring company. Who would you fire for lack of communication skills?

Harry Potter v Sorting Hat

Well. Harry does have his moody and uncommunicative phase… However, I feel like the sorting hat deliberately confused him with the whole Slytherin v Gryffindor thing. So, sorting hat. Definitely.

8. You’ve just finished a book in which your favorite character dies. Which character is most likely to comfort you?

Fred Weasley v Sirius

Ah. Tough. Neither are exactly the cuddly type, are they? I guess Fred would make a lot of jokes, and Sirius would pat me on the shoulder and give me good advice. I suppose Sirius would be more comforting…?

9. Ugh, it’s high school. Who would most likely be part of the popular clique?

Crabbe v Rita Skeeter

Rita Skeeter. For sure. She was super smarmy.

10. The day has arrived – you’re finally a year older! Who would have the nerve to forget your birthday?

Hermione v Luna Lovegood

Oh see, I don’t think either would forget my birthday… I guess, Luna is more likely because she was a bit vague though.

11. You’ve just found an upcoming booktube star! Who would it most likely be?

George Weasley v Cedric Diggory

Hmm. I’m going to go with the super handsome and charming Cedric. George would be funnier, but I think people would prefer to watch Cedric. He’s not my type, I’m a Sirius kind of girl… But still.

12. Sleepover time! Unfortunately, you can only invite one person. Who would you invite?

Dudley v Hedwig

Hahaha ummm. I’m deathly afraid of birds… But Hedwig is adorable… And Dudley seems like an arse. But he’s not a bird… That is a tough call. I’m going to go with Hedwig, even though I would spend the whole night locked in the bathroom terrified.

13. Bam, you’re pregnant. Who is the father/mother?

Mr Dursley v Snape

Daammmnn that’s some bad morning after… Ugh! Trying really hard not to think about that… I guess. If I had to pick… I would go with Mr Dursley. Snape is just so creepy. And he looks like he smells.

14. You’ve just written a super important text. Who would see it, but not reply?

Umbridge v Malfoy

Either? Both? I think I’m going to go with Umbridge though… She was so snooty, she would probably ignore a text.

15. You’ve just woken up and it’s time for breakfast. Your mum’s been replaced by… who?!

Percy Weasley v Cornelius Fudge

Cornelius Fudge! He was sweet. Plus, snazzy suits. And Percy was annoying!
