December Book Bingo – Week One

In case you missed it, it was my 6-month blog-iversary in November. And I decided to celebrate by throwing a little competition… Anddd December Book Bingo was born!
The winner gets a £25 Amazon voucher, to help them add to their own TBR – so it’s worth joining in!
The competition starts on 1st December, and runs till 2nd January.

I’ve been including my Book Bingo points at the end of my reviews, but I thought I would do a Week One Wrap Up – so you can see where I am so far!

December Bingo - Week 1

If you want to know the rules of the game, and join in, check out my original post here.

Week One: The Quarter Point Wrap Up

The Little Teashop of Lost and Found

The Little Teashop of Lost and Found got me 40 points – review here

  • “Something sweet”
  • “Book with a white cover”
  • “Female author”
  • “From my TBR”

Ghosts of Gotham

Ghosts of Gotham got me 30 points – review here

  • “Myth retelling”
  • “ARC”
  • “Genre you don’t normally read”

The Masked City

The Masked City only got me 10 points, but it was sooo good (so who cares) – review here

  • “Book from a series”

I think I’m doing pretty well! I’ve managed to knock off 8 out of 24 categories with 3 books. And I’ve read 3 books that I really loved, which is way more to the point anyway.

How is everyone else doing with their Book Bingo? Is anyone else playing and wants to share how they’re getting on?
If you counted up the points (10 points for each category you hit) for books you’ve read so far this month, how’d you do? I mean, the great thing is, that’s all it takes to play! Drop a comment down below to tell me how you’re getting on, and maybe you’ll win that £25 Amazon voucher! Couldn’t be easier right?

Week one done – *mic drop*… Looking forward to hearing how your week has been!
